Small Hinged Boxes

These boxes are representative of a huge range of variants produced regularly over a period of many years. They all feature the specially developed ‘Windley Hinge’ and are usually about seven centimetres maximum dimension. A large range of woods are used for decorative effect (although the hinges are always Boxwood and Blackwood with a Boxwood pin), salvaged or recycled timbers being used wherever practicable. Many of the newer boxes employ mother-of-pearl inlay. Dimensions vary but are usually up to about 7cm. Retail Prices are around £50-£65.
